Philosophy
Our philosophy is based on children’s-interest and whole child approach. We recognize children as strong, independent individuals that can make decisions about the play experiences that they participate in and challenge their physical abilities to become capable. We believe that children thrive in an environment that is nurturing, and supportive. Our Educators plan opportunities and play experiences for children to explore and experiment with a variety of materials.
The whole child approach ensures that each child is healthy, safe, engaged, supported and challenged and with this, we hope to provide long-term success for children. Kids Pointe Daycare & OSC implements FLIGHT ALBERTA’S EARLY LEARNING AND CARE FRAMEWORK. This framework inspires, provokes, and guides educators in their everyday work with children and their families.
